Booking Conditions

These Booking Conditions apply to bookings with Supreme World Travel Ltd, trading as Hajj and Umra Express (ATOL 9382).

These Booking Conditions, together with our Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, and Cookies Policy, form the basis of your contract with Supreme World Travel Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”). Please read them carefully.

1. Your Contract

A contract exists when we issue your Booking Confirmation and, for flight-inclusive packages, your ATOL Certificate. The lead passenger must be at least 18 and is responsible for the booking, payments, and the accuracy of information supplied for all travellers.

2. Your Financial Protection (ATOL)

Mandatory ATOL wording: All the flights and flight-inclusive holidays on this website are financially protected by the ATOL scheme. When you pay, you will be supplied with an ATOL Certificate. Please ask for it and check to ensure that everything you booked (flights, hotels and other services) is listed on it. Please see our booking conditions for further information or, for more information about financial protection and the ATOL Certificate, go to www.atol.org.uk/ATOLCertificate.

If we or a supplier identified on your ATOL Certificate are unable to provide the services listed due to insolvency, the CAA will ensure you are not stranded abroad and will arrange a refund where applicable.

We aim for accurate pricing and information. We reserve the right to correct errors before your booking is confirmed. Please check your confirmation carefully and contact us immediately if anything is incorrect.

Changes after booking are subject to availability, supplier terms, and an administration fee. Significant changes (e.g., names, travel dates) may incur airline or supplier charges.

Cancellations must be made in writing by the lead passenger. The following charges apply unless otherwise stated for your specific package:

Minor changes (e.g., flight times, airlines, or hotels of a similar standard) may occur. For significant changes, you may accept the new arrangements, choose an alternative of equivalent value, or cancel with a refund where applicable under ATOL. We are not liable for compensation for events amounting to force majeure (e.g., war, strikes, pandemics, severe weather, or government actions).

8. Passports, Visas, and Health

All travellers must hold valid passports (minimum six months' validity), obtain necessary visas, and meet health/vaccination requirements. We can assist with visas but are not responsible for delays or refusals by authorities. For Hajj and Umrah, pilgrims must comply with the regulations of the Ministry of Hajj and Umrah (Saudi Arabia) via the Nusuk system.

9. Travel Insurance

Comprehensive travel insurance covering medical expenses, cancellations, and repatriation is mandatory. Proof of insurance is required before travel.

10. Behaviour

Travellers must act respectfully and in accordance with Islamic principles and local laws. We may terminate arrangements without refund if behaviour is disruptive, offensive, or presents a risk to others.

11. Accommodation and Transportation

Accommodation will be as described in your itinerary; standards may differ from those in the UK. Room types, sizes, and proximity to landmarks (e.g., the Haram) cannot be guaranteed. Transfers may be shared or provided by local partners.

12. Hajj and Umrah Specific Terms

Visas are issued under the authority of the Saudi Ministry of Hajj and Umrah. We act as an agent to facilitate your registration on the Nusuk platform. Package dates, flights, and hotel allocations are subject to official approvals and operational constraints. We are not liable for crowd control measures, logistical restrictions, or other government-directed changes.

13. Complaints

Please report any issues to your group leader or our local representative immediately. If unresolved, email us within 28 days of your return: umrah@travelexpressuk.com.

14. Liability

We are responsible for the proper performance of your package as required by the Package Travel and Linked Travel Arrangements Regulations 2018. We are not liable for failures attributable to you, a third party unconnected with the provision of services, unavoidable and extraordinary circumstances, or where the failure is due to events beyond our control. Our maximum liability is limited to the price paid for your booking.

15. Governing Law

These Booking Conditions are governed by English law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
